Navigolf IV

A residential complex comprising 32 two and three-bedroom homes, including penthouses, as well as extensive gardens, communal swimming pools, multi-purpose room and golf courses located in the development's surroundings. The fourth phase of Navigolf included improvements in design and construction qualities, compared to the previous phases.

The Cape

The Cape is an innovative residential project consisting of townhouses and detached villas located in Cabopino Marbella, one of the most beautiful corners of the Costa del Sol. On the golf front and close to a golden sandy beach and the Cabopino Marina, each of the 25 homes enjoyed panoramic sea and golf views.

Aria By The Beach

A groundbreaking residential complex with a unifying design that featured large communal spaces with uninterrupted views towards the sea. Home to 39 flats in Mijas Costa, this development offered 2 and 3-bedroom homes with rooms designed to enjoy the immense panorama while maximising light and space.

Village Verde

Designed with community, convenience and luxury in mind, while respecting the natural beauty of the setting, this is a community like no other. A total of 121 apartments nestled within 6 hectares of parkland that offered its residents unique communal spaces, with state of the art facilities.

Lar Bay

Located just 100 meters from the beach, Lar Bay provided stunning views of the sea and the horizon from its terraces and glazed spaces. The project consisted of 90 contemporary-style homes with minimalist lines and an open layout designed to let in plenty of light and embrace the outdoors.

Alborada Homes

Alborada Homes, a complex of 45 homes located in the municipality of Benahavís. Its south-southwest orientation allowed for maximum use of natural light, while its large windows offered spectacular views that connected with the beauty of the surrounding landscape, creating a climate of relaxation and tranquillity.
